Do I need a doctor's prescription to receive treatment?
Yes. Your doctor will provide you with a prescription which will give us both the diagnosis and recommendations for your treatment and care.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We will verify your insurance coverage prior to your first visit.
Where do I park?
A patient loading zone is located in front of our building on Bedford Drive, with limited metered parking on both sides of the street. In addition, a multi-level parking garage adjacent to Rite Aid (corner of South Santa Monica and Bedford - entrance on Bedford) is convenient for patients. This Beverly Hills City garage offers 2 hours of free parking.
What are your office hours?
For the convenience of our patients, we are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. House calls are scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (hours vary).
Will I see the same physical therapist each time?
When you call for your first appointment, we will give you the option to choose your therapist. If you have a sudden injury, we will assign the first available PT for your evaluation and treatment. Our entire team is experienced with a variety of cases and protocols, so you are always in good hands.
How long will my first therapy treatment last?
Treatments typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
What should I wear to physical therapy?
You should dress comfortably in loose-fitting sportswear for your appointment. We also provide dressing room/private restroom facilities for client use.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
If you have sustained a sudden injury, we will make every effort to treat you the same day.
What specific injuries or pain do you treat?
We can help if you have knee or back pain, ankle sprains, rotator cuff injuries, neck pain, pre- and post-partum pain, pre- and post-operative pain, posture stabilization or migraine headaches. Go to our Common Injuries pages for more info.
