What should I wear for Pilates?

You should dress comfortably in loose-fitting sportswear for both
physical therapy and Pilates. We also provide dressing room/private restroom facilities for client use.

There is a patient loading zone in front of our building on Bedford Drive, as well as limited metered parking on both sides of the street.
